Terms & Conditions

Premier Football UK — Terms & Conditions

Version: 2.1

Effective: 6 October 2026

Owner: Premier Football UK

Applies to: every trial, 10-day event, individual placement, women’s week, and related residential programme arranged by Premier Football UK (PFUK).

By submitting a registration form, paying a fee, or taking part in a programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Premier Football UK arranges football trial and assessment programmes in the United Kingdom, Spain and other locations we confirm in writing.

In these terms:

  • PFUK, we, us means Premier Football UK and any partners, associates, agents or subcontractors involved in designing, marketing or delivering a programme.
  • Player means the person who will attend.
  • You means the player if aged 18 or over, or the parent / guardian if the player is under 18.
  • Trial or programme means a service arranged in good faith by PFUK in which the player attends a football event — including a residential week, an individual club placement, or a match / assessment block — for an agreed period, in return for a fee.

Words such as “he” are not gender-specific.

2. What a Trial is — and what it is not

A Trial is an assessment and coaching opportunity. It is not:

  • a guaranteed professional contract
  • a guaranteed first-team place
  • a guaranteed move to a named UK or overseas club
  • a guaranteed visa or immigration outcome
  • employment
  • a work-experience visa route

Paying a fee does not buy more favourable treatment than other players at a professional club.

On a UK 10-day / residential week, matches are typically against professional club academy or development sides. Midweek training is with the PFUK group under our staff, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

On an individual UK or Spain trial, the player trains inside a host-club environment after we have assessed suitability. The club decides which group the player joins and may move the player during the trial. We do not place a player if the level is not realistic.

We do not publish a locked opponent list for an unlocked date window. Named clubs and kick-off times are confirmed closer to the event. If a fixture moves, we arrange another professional-club fixture where the product includes matches. We do not guarantee a named club on a named date.

3. Registration is not a booking

The public Typeform at https://premierfootball.typeform.com/registration registers interest only.

A place is reserved only when all of the following have happened:

  1. PFUK has assessed suitability (usually from video / profile).
  2. PFUK has confirmed the product, fee and (if relevant) date window in writing.
  3. You have completed any booking form we issue.
  4. The fee has been received in our account.

Until then:

  • dates stay unlocked
  • no invitation / visa letter is issued
  • no invoice from the registration form is a confirmed booking
  • submitting the form does not reserve accommodation or a club place

Proposed 2027 windows shown on the form or in emails are working dates only. They are not venue-confirmed until PFUK says so in writing. We do not send a date-locked invoice until that sign-off.

4. Eligibility and under-18s

  • A player under 18 may only take part with parent / guardian consent.
  • The parent / guardian must complete the registration form, not the child alone.
  • You confirm the player is fit to train and play, and that all medical information given is true.
  • PFUK may refuse or end a place if the player’s age, level, passport, welfare or conduct is not suitable.

5. Fees (current published starting prices)

Prices may be confirmed in writing for a specific player. If a written invoice differs from the list below, the invoice wins for that booking.

  • UK / England: Prices start from £1,175
  • Women’s trials: from £945
  • Europe / Spain: Prices start from €1,175
  • Asia: Prices start from $1,175

Any higher or tailored fees are confirmed in writing after we review the player. If no fee is stated in writing, do not assume one.

Unless a written invoice says otherwise, the fee is due in full to reserve the place.

6. What is usually included / not included

UK 10-day residential typically includes: 9 nights’ accommodation when that product is used; 3 meals per day; full training kit; competitive matches against 3–4 professional club sides with recorded footage where that is the product; scout-attended Talent ID showcase; EPL-standard testing day; written player report from UEFA-qualified staff; 24/7 welfare; on-site physio / first aid; local match-day transport from the residential base.

Spain 2-week residential typically includes: training and assessment in the confirmed host-club environment; residential accommodation; 3 meals per day; official training kit; on-the-ground support; club medical / physio on site during the programme; local transport card; written player report.

Not included unless we confirm in writing: international flights; visa / consulate fees; travel and health insurance; personal spending; parent travel or parent hotel; airport pick-up and drop-off; private transfers; extra single-room supplements.

We do not give a street address for accommodation until the place is reserved and travel is being booked.

7. Payment

  • Payment instructions are issued after PFUK has confirmed the product in writing. They are not collected on the registration form.
  • UK products are usually paid in GBP. Spain is usually paid in EUR. Pay the currency on the invoice so you are not short after conversion.
  • A place is not reserved until the fee clears our account.
  • You are responsible for bank charges. The amount received must match the invoice.

8. Cancellations and refunds

This is the public refund rule.

  • If PFUK cancels because we cannot host the player, we offer a full refund or a rearranged date.
  • If you cancel before the trial date, fees already received are applied as credit towards a rearranged PFUK trial / programme.
  • Once the fee has been received it is otherwise non-refundable, including if a visa is refused, flights change, or the player is ill (unless we agree otherwise in writing).
  • After the player has arrived and started, the fee is not refundable.
  • Serious breach of conduct can end the programme immediately with no refund.
  • Credit is not a cash withdrawal. It is used against a later PFUK programme agreed in writing.

9. Visas and invitation letters

  • Many players need a visitor visa (for example a UK Standard Visitor Visa, or a short-stay / Schengen visa for Spain). That depends on nationality. We do not give immigration advice.
  • After booking steps and payment, and once dates are locked, PFUK may issue an invitation / support letter. The letter typically states the player name, event, venue, dates, that accommodation and the programme are provided, that the activity is unpaid assessment / training (not employment), and the expectation that the player returns home.
  • We do not apply for the visa, pay the visa fee, attend the appointment, or guarantee the decision.
  • We do not sponsor a work visa or International Sportsperson visa. That route exists only if a club later signs the player — which a Trial does not guarantee.
  • A refused visa does not create a cash refund. See section 8.

10. Player report

Where the product includes a written report, it is provided to the family after the programme. It is an assessment from coaching staff for that period. It is not a contract offer. A redacted sample may be sent before payment if you ask in writing. We do not publish blank public samples as a default.

11. If the club does not keep the player

For an individual trial, the booked period ends when that period ends. There is no automatic second club, extension, or extra week inside the fee. Any extension or other club is a new discussion and a new fee. The report is still provided if that product includes one.

12. Conduct, welfare and removal

Players must follow PFUK and host-club rules, including curfews, rooming, social media, alcohol, drugs and respect for staff and other players.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, abuse, violence, or behaviour that puts the player or others at risk.

We may end the programme immediately, send the player home, and keep the fee if conduct is breached. Travel home is your cost.

13. Medical, fitness and emergencies

You must give accurate medical, injury and medication information before arrival. If you withhold information and that affects safety or delivery, we may end the place with no refund.

PFUK and host staff may give first aid and act in the player’s best interests in an emergency, including contacting emergency services. We will contact the parent / emergency contact as soon as practical.

14. Insurance and liability

You must arrange travel and health insurance that covers training and matches. This is mandatory unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

PFUK holds public liability insurance appropriate to our activities. We are not liable for loss, injury, illness, theft, flight disruption, visa refusal, or club selection decisions, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Professional clubs make their own selection decisions. We pass on feedback honestly. We are not the club.

15. Photography, footage and data

We may take photos, video and testing data for coaching, the player report, safeguarding and — unless you opt out in writing — legitimate promotion of PFUK programmes. Match footage on a 10-day event is part of that product where advertised.

We process personal data to run the booking, welfare and programme. We do not sell player lists. Contact us if you want a copy of what we hold or want promotional use stopped.

16. Changes we may make

We may change venue, accommodation, opponents, session times or staff where needed for welfare, weather, club calendars or venue availability. If the change means we cannot deliver the core of the booked product, section 8 applies.

17. Entire agreement

These terms, plus any written invoice and written confirmation we send you for that booking, are the agreement. Informal promises on WhatsApp or social media do not change these terms unless PFUK confirms them in writing.

These terms may only be amended in writing by PFUK.

18. Law

These terms and the booking are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Where a programme is delivered wholly in another country, local mandatory consumer or safety rules may also apply. They do not turn a Trial into a guaranteed contract or visa.

19. How you accept these terms

You accept these terms when you:

  • tick the registration form declarations, or
  • pay an invoice that refers to these terms, or
  • attend the programme.

A typed name, email confirmation or electronic tick has the same effect as a signature.
