What have i learnt since Monday: Writing things down helps!! If its keeping a record of what you eat training schedules, goals and targets, writing dow things help keep good habits.
So i feel more confident of developing as an athele as a player if i record things down.
DAY 1
6:00 am – Gym
I am mainly focusing on core work – 40 mins
8:00 am – Breakfast
Big mistake, i missed breakfast as had an important meeting. This made a big difference to my performance in training later in the day.

9:00 am – 12:00 am – work ?
12:00 – 13:00 – Lunch
Obviously after missing breakfast i was really hungry, so i had omelette and rice.
13:00 – 17:00 – work
Coaching
19:00 – 7 a side football.
As i said earlier, my performance suffered today as i was sufficiently fueled up. It was obvious that my performance and decision making suffered,
21:00 – i had brown rice and loads of protein, it was amazing how much i craved something sweet. I think this is also an effect of a poor start to the day.
23:00 – BED
Very poor recovery. This is a vital part of the game that i know really to focus on. I am struggling to get this into my daily plan. I have been following this guy: https://youtu.be/WkjEs7MEy14 Hopefully he will provide me with some inspiration.
