Premier Football UK facilitates opportunities for players to be placed in professional environments with professional assessment by clubs, agents, and scouts. We do not guarantee selection, contracts, scholarships, or professional opportunities. All recruitment decisions are made solely by clubs, scouts, and agents involved.
All services are subject availability and confirmation. Any descriptions, timelines, or estimates provided are indicative only unless expressly agreed in writing. A legally binding agreement is formed only once we confirm acceptance of your booking or service request in writing.
3. Eligibility
The services of Premier Football UK are open to players aged 7–21 years. Participants must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. They must also be physically fit and medically-cleared to participate in football training and matches. Furthermore, participants must comply with all programme rules and staff instructions. Lastly, players under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent.
Premier Football Uk reserves the right to refuse participation where eligibility requirements are not met or where programme rules are breached.
Registration and Participation
By availing our services, you acknowledge that:
- Program availability may be limited
- Trial placements depend on club schedules and availability
- Event details, venues, or schedules may change due to operational requirements
Premier Football UK also reserves the right to refuse or cancel participation if a player:
- Provides false information
- Engages in misconduct
- Fails to comply with set rules and regulations
5. Programme Feees
Select trials and showcases require payment for securing slots and participation. Fees must be paid according to the payment schedule indicated during registration. Fees cover the following unless stated otherwise:
- Organization and administrative fees
- Training facilities
- Accommodation and meals
- Coaching and assessments
- Equipment and training kit
- Welfare and support services
6. Pricing and VAT
Prices for our services will be communicated directly to you and may vary depending on the programme or services requested. Prices are also subject to change until confirmed in writing. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund terms will be stated and specified at the time of booking or within the agreement. When no specific agreement exists, cancellation and refunds can be handled at our reasonable discretion. We reserve the right to deduct costs incurred in the process.
8. Health and Risk
Players acknowledge and accept that football training, matches, and trials involve inherent risks. Availing our services also acknowledges and accepts these risks. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part.
We recommend that players obtain appropriate medical, travel, and sports insurance where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
9. Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during any programme organised by Premier Football UK.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a programme without refund where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.
10. Media and Image Use
Premier Football UK may record photographs or video footage during programmes for purposes including scouting review, performance analysis, and promotional use.
By participating in our programmes, players (and parents or guardians where applicable) consent to such recording and use.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, design, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Premier Football UK and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
12. Third-Party Services
Premier Football UK uses the following third-party platform to support our services:
- Typeform (form collection and payment facilitation)
- Analytics providers (website performance monitoring)
- Mailchimp (email communications)
Your use of such services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.
